World Taiji (Tai Chi) Day

Join us for the 27th annual World Taiji (Tai Chi) Day for a free, beginner-friendly, worldwide event.
Taiji is a gentle, flowing exercise that promotes relaxation, posture alignment, balance, and peace through mindful movement. At 10:00 am local time, people around the world will simultaneously practice Taiji to harmonize their energy for global healing and peace.
Led by Chris Campbell, a Holland teacher with 39 years of experience, along with local instructors, this event welcomes everyone regardless of experience, and no special equipment is needed. No pre-registration is required; simply show up and join in!
