Live Professional Pumpkin Carving

There’s only one fall festival in all of West Michigan where you’ll see the nation’s greatest professional pumpkin carvers in action, carving the biggest pumpkins you’ve ever laid eyes on! We’re so excited to welcome the following professional pumpkin carvers to the 2025 Fall Fest:

  • Greg Butauski (World Champion Carver)
  • Chad Hartson (Featured on Food Network’s “Cake Wars”)
  • Danny Kissel (Winner of Food Network’s “Outrageous Pumpkins”)
  • Dean Murray (Featured on Food Network’s “Halloween Wars”)

This year’s professional pumpkin carver line up will also include returning pro carvers: Raea Blackburn, Greg Demaline, Jon Maggard, and Ryan Roth from Rock on Ice in Columbus, Ohio.

You can watch the professional pumpkin carvers at work on 8th Street in Downtown Holland on Friday, October 3 from 3pm – 7pm and on Saturday, October 4 from 12pm – 7pm. The professional carvers will also be carving giant pumpkins in GDK Park on 8th Street on Friday and Saturday. All of the finished carvings will remain on display through Sunday.
