During Holland on Ice, you can watch the nation’s best professional ice carvers live in action!  The professional carvers will be at work on Friday, February 7 from 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm and Saturday, February 8 from 10:00 am – 7:00 pm in GDK Park on 8th Street between Central and River Avenues. You won’t believe your eyes as they transform over 10,000 pounds of ice into an incredible large-scale work of art! The installation will remain on display in the park through the weekend, weather permitting. What do you think this year’s sculpture theme will be?

Don’t let the snowy weather keep you from enjoying all that Holland on Ice has to offer this winter! (But don’t worry…we take extra precautions to ensure that our ice sculptures won’t melt on the sidewalks!)

As part of the Downtown Holland Social District, visitors ages 21+ can purchase an alcoholic beverage at nearly 20 participating bars and restaurants to enjoy outdoors!
